Mountain Climber Exercise

Mountain climber exercise is one of the most dynamic physical exercise because it involves constant and repetitive movement. It is great for increasing joint flexibility that challenges balance, agility and coordination. It benefits both the muscular and cardiovascular fitness by increasing the heart rate up which produces strength, flexibility and blood circulation. It also engages the upper arms muscles, as well as the core and most especially the legs.
